By Air: Fly to Reno, Nevada. Take the South Lake Tahoe Airporter bus to South Lake Tahoe. Get off at any of the four casinos. (The Horizon is the first one.) Take a taxi to the Tahoe Clinic at 589 Tahoe Keys Blvd. You will not need a rental car. We will shuttle you back and forth between your motel and the surgery center.

From Northern California: Take I-5 or US 80 or 99 to Sacramento, then US 50 east. After arriving in Tahoe Valley, turn right at the second stop light onto Lake Tahoe Blvd. Turn left at the second stop light (Tahoe Keys Blvd). Just after the stop sign, turn right into the parking lot of The Tahoe Clinic.

From Southern California: In good weather, take US 395 north. (In winter driving conditions take I-5 as explained above.) Just before Carson City, turn left (west) onto US 50. Stay on 50 through the Casino corridor. The only stop light intersection that has no left turn is Tahoe Keys Blvd. Turn right on Tahoe Keys Blvd. Just after the stop sign, turn right into the parking lot of The Tahoe Clinic.

From Nevada, Susanville, and points east of Lake Tahoe: Take US 395 to Carson City. Just south of town turn west on US 50 and follow the above directions. Use Map Quest or Google Earth to find 589 Tahoe Keys Blvd. South lake Tahoe, CA 96150
