Dr. Foster provides sizing for breast implants as well as pre- and post-operative care at both locations, but it is necessary to travel to our beautiful Lake Tahoe location for surgery.

What can I expect during the consultation?
Computer Imaging

During your consultation our Lake Tahoe or Sacramento office, you will be encouraged to openly discuss your aesthetic goals with Dr. Foster. He will also ask you about your medical history, including drug allergies, previous surgeries, and any health conditions you might have had. Please disclose any medications you are taking, including prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs & street drugs. A complete pre-operative examination will also be necessary before any type of cosmetic surgery.

To help you decide on the degree of fullness you would like to achieve, our cosmetic surgeon provides graduated gel sizers that you can place in your bra. This will allow you to see how your breasts will look in clothing. Hundreds of Playboy® pictures will also be available to you so that you may select your desired bare breast size.

Through computer imaging, you can view before-and-after pictures of your proposed breast augmentation before you ever commit to surgery. Your image, taken on a digital camera, is uploaded and then modified using special software at our Lake Tahoe or Sacramento office to reflect your desired changes.
