So. Lake Tahoe from Northern California: Take I-5 or US 80 or 99 to Sacramento, then US 50 east. After arriving in Tahoe Valley, turn right at the second stop light onto Lake Tahoe Blvd. Turn left at the second stop light (Tahoe Keys Blvd). Just after the stop sign turn right into the parking lot of The Tahoe Clinic.
From Southern California: In good weather take US 395 north. (In winter driving conditions take I-5 as above.) Just before Carson City turn left (west) onto US 50. Stay on 50 thru the Casino corridor. The only stop light intersection that has no left turn is Tahoe Keys Blvd. Turn right on Tahoe Keys Blvd. Just after the stop sign turn right into the parking lot of The Tahoe Clinic.
From Nevada, Susanville and points east of Tahoe take US 395 to Carson City. Just south of town turn west on US 50 and follow the above directions.
