Dr. Foster can place implants through all five approaches: arm pit, nipple, under the breast crease, thru the belly button, and thru the groin during a tummy tuck. Because of our strong commitment to patient safety, all patients over 40 years will require an EKG and chest X-Ray done on-site ($100).

Sizing At your consultation we will place graduated gel sizers in your bra to help you choose the exact the fullness you desire. Next, we will ask you to choose from hundreds of PlayBoy pictures for the bare breast size you would like to achieve. During surgery at our Lake Tahoe and Sacramento area clinic, we will place the breast implant size you chose and adjust to match the PlayBoy picture as closely as possible.
